Welcome to IwaDigital (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
IwaDigital provides web designing, website development, SEO services, digital marketing, and Google Ads management. The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon separately with each client through written agreements, proposals, or invoices.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Payments & Refunds
All fees must be paid as per the terms mentioned in the invoice or agreement.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
- Review deliverables promptly and provide timely feedback.
- Obtain necessary licenses or rights for any content provided to us (images, text, logos, etc.).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and code created by IwaDigital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- IwaDigital reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to deliver quality services but cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., search engine rankings, ad performance).
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, Google Ads, social media platforms). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by such third parties.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms & Conditions.
- Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
